Keepers of an ancient craft, Annamaria and Germano prepare cheese, butter and ricottas that deliver the unique flavours and aromas of the pastures in the Ombretta valley, at the feet of the majestic Marmolada south face. The Malga is open for a delicious snack with products of the house and can be easily reached in one hour of walking (see trekking nr. 1). A few steps away from the Greenwich showing the geographic centre of the Dolomites and 40 minutes far from the Rifugio Falier.
