Plan your trip to Sottoguda in the Unesco Dolomites
By car:
- Exit the A27 motorway at Belluno; follow the signs for Agordo, then follow the SR203 for 60 km until you get to Sottoguda.
- Exit the A22 Brennero motorway at Egna - Ora – Termeno, continue on to Canazei and go up the Fedaia Pass (can be closed in the winter according to snow conditions) until you descend to Sottoguda.
Alternatively, from Moena take the San Pellegrino Pass; go down to Falcade then on to Cencenighe. Turn left to Alleghe to get to Sottoguda.
- Exit at Chiusa/Klausen: go through the Gardena Valley and take the Gardena Pass and the Sella Pass until it descends to Canazei. Follow the Fedaia Pass (can be closed in the winter according to snow conditions) and descend to Sottoguda.
By taxi: book your private transfer.
By train and bus: the closest railway station is Belluno. From there, take a Dolomitibus bus from Belluno - Agordo - Arabba (the driver will advise of any connections). Get off at Caprile where you can catch a bus to Sottoguda for the remaining 8 km (3 buses a day) or a taxi.
By plane: a private transfer connects you to Venice, Treviso, Verona, Bergamo and Milan airports or the Venice-Mestre railway station.
